The PFM Blog is in the process of undergoing some “cosmetic surgery”. The changes are intended to support the authors’ continued efforts to share their PFM expertise and experience. In addition, we aim at presenting the growing amount of information contained here in ever more user-friendly ways. Below is a brief description of two note-worthy improvements introduced lately, as well as a heads-up with respect to expected near-future changes.
First, notice the appearance of a new tab named Research. It contains selected PFM-related Working Papers and Occasional Papers authored by the two PFM divisions within IMF’s FAD department. The current collection covers prominent research papers of the last several years. Both lists are sorted by publication date, starting with the latest.
Secondly, you can now find a new easy-to-see banner in the top right corner, near the top of the right sidebar. It really is self-explanatory, but let me confirm your guess just in case – it shows a list of all posts in French since the inception of the blog. As new content in French appears, we will be updating the list, so non-English French speakers can navigate the blog more easily.
Finally, we are considering a basic overall face-lift of the blog. Thus, we might tweak the current look and feel of the whole site in the coming weeks and months. All of you are welcome to post suggestions in the Comments box below. As always, we are grateful for your support.
